Job Description

Qualification:

- Post-secondary education (2+ year program) in business, computer science, or a related field from a recognized institution. Professional certifications are an asset.
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including 3-6 years of complex, large-scale modernization projects. Experience/knowledge of the apprenticeship program and using Azure DevOps and wireframing software would be assets.
- Provide examples of recent successful projects (within the last three years) whereby the identified resource worked as a Senior Business Analyst.
- Describe experience in soliciting, documenting and validating business requirements.
- Describe experience with business process transformation and change management. This should include how the resource demonstrates solid written and oral communication skills.
- Describe experience preparing test strategies / test plans, test cases; executing test cases/scripts, and experience monitoring /controlling test plan execution.
- Experience using Azure DevOps for testing would be an asset.
