Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with Adobe AEM application experience to collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and delivery partners to define business requirements and deliver effective technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business and systems analysis, requirements management, data mapping, integration analysis, and end-to-end testing.

Experience with Adobe enterprise platforms, including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe CDN, and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), along with asset and wealth management applications, is highly desirable. Candidates with relevant Salesforce CRM experience and knowledge of the asset and wealth management domain will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to understand business objectives and develop solutions aligned with operational, analytics, and management reporting requirements.

- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, business process analysis, scenarios, and user stories.

- Work with systems architects, software developers, and delivery teams to analyze solution designs and ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Analyze source and target system requirements and define data mappings in accordance with enterprise data platform standards.

- Document integration requirements, business process flows, database requirements, process mappings,



and API endpoint mappings.

- Support analysis and development initiatives involving Adobe AEM, Adobe CDN, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), or Salesforce CRM platforms.

- Analyze asset and wealth management applications, business workflows, and system interactions.

- Write and execute PL/SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, reconciliation, and test data setup.

- Provide production support for back-office systems, investigate issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions with technical teams.

- Identify data quality issues, unusual data patterns, and data cleansing requirements, and support corrective actions.

- Prepare high-level design documents, system interaction diagrams, integration specifications, and end-to-end data flow documentation.

- Develop test plans, validate test results, support defect resolution, and ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements.

- Maintain requirements and project documentation using tools such as Jira and Confluence.

- Ensure solutions align with applicable industry standards, regulatory requirements, and enterprise delivery practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, and technology delivery.

- Experience working with CRM systems,



particularly Salesforce platforms and their object models, or Adobe enterprise platforms.

- Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe CDN, and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) is highly desirable.

- Experience with asset and wealth management applications is preferred.

- Solid skills in requirements gathering, business process analysis, user story development, and requirements management.

- Hands-on experience with PL/SQL queries, data analysis, data validation, and troubleshooting.

- Experience with source-to-target data mapping, API integrations, database requirements, and system interfaces.

- Understanding of solution design, end-to-end testing, test planning, and defect management.

- Familiarity with SDLC methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and technology delivery best practices.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

- Effective planning and organizational abilities, with the flexibility to manage changing priorities and work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Management Information Systems, Commerce, Business Analysis, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

- CMA or MBA qualification is an asset.

- Experience in financial services, banking, asset management, or wealth management.

- Experience supporting CRM implementations, enterprise content management, and customer experience platforms.

- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and enterprise data governance standards.
