The Lead Dynatrace Specialist will oversee observability architecture and monitoring strategy, optimizing alerts and driving APM adoption across middleware platforms and GCP environments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Dynatrace observability architecture and monitoring strategy.
- Analyze and optimize alerts to reduce noise and improve detection.
- Create SOPs, dashboards, SLIs, SLOs, and Error Budgets.
- Drive APM and deep-monitoring adoption for WebLogic and middleware platforms.
- Collaborate with Dynatrace teams on new monitoring capabilities.
- Apply GCP monitoring expertise to improve platform reliability.
- Provide technical leadership and observability best practices.
- Demonstrate solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
