Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect / Senior Developer RPA & Automation to design, develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have advanced hands-on expertise in UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and API integrations, along with strong technical design and implementation skills.

The role involves delivering scalable and reusable automation solutions, optimizing existing workflows, providing technical leadership, and exploring AI-assisted automation opportunities to improve business processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and enhance enterprise automation solutions using UiPath.

- Manage UiPath Orchestrator components, including robots, jobs, queues, assets, and schedules.

- Develop scalable, reusable, and maintainable automation workflows and components.

- Design and implement business solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.

- Integrate automation workflows with SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, REST APIs, and JSON-based services.

- Review existing automation solutions and identify opportunities for optimization and standardization.

- Provide technical guidance on automation architecture, design, and implementation.

- Lead technical testing, support PAT/UAT, manage deployments,



and perform production validation.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, infrastructure teams, and technology teams.

- Maintain solution designs, technical documentation, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks.

- Evaluate and implement emerging automation and AI capabilities where appropriate.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong experience in RPA and enterprise automation development.

- Advanced hands-on experience with UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator.

- Experience designing and developing Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, web integrations, and system-to-system automation.

- Experience with solution design, testing, deployment, and production implementation.

- Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to provide technical guidance and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.

- SQL and database concepts.

- Python or PowerShell scripting.

- Git and Visual Studio Code.

- GitHub and GitHub Copilot.

- HTML and web technologies.
