Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced L3 Palo Alto Network Engineer with robust expertise in Palo Alto firewalls, Panorama, and SD-WAN technologies, including the Prisma platform. The ideal candidate will provide advanced network support, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to datacenter migration activities. Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide Level 3 support for Palo Alto firewalls and enterprise network infrastructure.

- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama.

- Design, implement, and support SD-WAN solutions using Palo Alto and Prisma platforms.

- Diagnose and resolve complex network connectivity, security, and performance issues.

- Support datacenter migration activities,



including network planning, implementation, and troubleshooting.

- Monitor network performance and ensure the stability, availability, and security of network services.

- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and other technical teams to resolve escalated issues.

- Document network configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and technical changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Expert-level experience with Palo Alto firewalls.

- Strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto Panorama.

- Expertise in SD-WAN solutions using Palo Alto and Prisma platforms.

- Strong L3 troubleshooting and network problem-solving skills.

- Bilingual communication skills in English and French.

Preferred Skills
- Datacenter migration experience.

- Additional experience with Prisma technologies and Palo Alto network security solutions.
