Coordinate school residencies and artist development for Trickster Theatre in Calgary, using robust organization and production management skills. Most work occurs in Calgary offices and schools.

The full-time Assistant Producer reports to the Producing Director for a one-year term beginning July 15, 2022. The position supports custom school residencies and artist training projects while using Google Workplace, Salesforce, Calendly, and Adobe Creative Suite. Trickster Theatre delivers one-week residency programs across Alberta, alongside online and live projects involving Global Issues, Storytelling, and Science.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create timelines for custom school residencies
- Track budgets and schedule residency equipment
- Organize artists and community elements
- Manage development schedules,



testing cycles, and project reports
- Assist with staffing artist development projects

Requirements:
- At least three years’ arts producing experience
- At least three years’ production stage management experience
- Very organized approach to production coordination
- Experience with Google Workplace, Salesforce, Calendly, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Availability for Calgary office and school-based work
