Position: Food Service Supervisor
Working Hours: Full time, Permanent position (30~40 hours a week)
Wage: $23/hour
Main Duties:
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food and meals
Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
Check and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
Ensure that food and service meet quality standards
Establish work schedules
Requirements:
2 years of work experience in food preparation or service
High school diploma or higher
Ability to communicate in English
