This Senior Manager position serves Indigenous communities, organizations, businesses, and individuals through Assurance and Accounting services. You will provide trusted advice, oversee high-quality audit deliverables, and apply specialized knowledge to client financial and reporting issues.

The work spans engagement leadership, quality control, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical audit and assurance expertise to clients
- Maintain quality control across financial entries and reports
- Plan engagements and manage project financials




- Identify business development opportunities and prepare competitive proposals
- Attend community events and travel as necessary

Requirements:

- CPA designation
- Six or more years of relevant public accounting experience
- Preferred experience working with First Nations communities
- Understanding of business, accounting, and management principles
- Robust relationship-building and leadership abilities
