The Marketing and Communications Specialist supports the YMCA of Saskatoon’s programs, services and community impact. You will create written content, graphics, captions and videos while following brand guidelines and established approval processes.

The position reports to the Chief Financial Officer and offers coaching, feedback and broader projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create posts, stories, reels, photos and short videos
- Capture activities and stories at programs and events
- Edit media, captions, subtitles and graphics




- Maintain calendars and schedule approved content
- Track reach, engagement and link clicks

Requirements:

- Interest in social media, storytelling and content creation
- Basic familiarity with social platforms and digital tools
- Solid writing, organization and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn, receive feedback and improve
- Satisfactory Criminal Record Check required before employment
