We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer who possesses extensive knowledge of Azure and PySpark to improve our Investment Reporting System. In this role, your leadership will be pivotal in steering the engineering team towards cloud-native architecture and implementing efficient ETL pipelines.

Collaborating closely with Solution Architects will facilitate the successful execution of our engineering goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development of Azure-based ETL pipelines
- Collaborate with architects to implement designs
- Utilize Azure Data Factory, Databricks,



and other services
- Enforce Dev Ops practices and CI/CD automation
- Mentor team members through technical challenges

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a Lead Engineer capacity
- Expertise in Azure services and PySpark
- Background in ETL development and database migrations
- Strong communication and leadership capabilities
- Prior experience in the Insurance industry is required
