Human Resources Business Partner expertise in employee relations and HRIS supports leaders, employees, and management across corporate and plant environments.

This HRBP aligns business objectives with workforce hiring, retention, and development strategies. The position supports onboarding, performance management, diversity outreach, legal compliance, and company-wide communications. It also partners with Corporate and Plant HR Managers on consistent policy application.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with leaders on hiring, retention, and workforce development
- Coach management on people-related matters and performance reviews
- Investigate employee relations issues and recommend resolutions
- Analyze HR metrics covering onboarding, retention, and talent management




- Develop communications for corporate and plant audiences

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or related field
- Three-plus years of successful Human Resources experience
- Human Resources Information System experience, such as Workday
- Knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and City laws
- Ability to conduct training and employee investigations
