Lead SAP business readiness and process transformation at IPEX across its manufacturing and distribution network. This senior role is enterprise-wide.The Director, Enterprise Process & Business Readiness leads operational preparation for ERP deployment. You will standardize business processes, align stakeholders, govern deployment readiness, and support continuity through cutover and go-live. The role partners with ERP Delivery, Change & Training, Data Governance, Business Process Owners, site leaders, and IT.Key Responsibilities:
Develop the enterprise business readiness strategy for ERP deploymentEstablish the future-state business process model using SAP capabilitiesLead readiness reviews with executive stakeholders and governance teamsDefine operational targets, monitoring methods,



and reporting cadenceDrive stakeholder engagement across operational and functional organizationsRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or BusinessTen to fifteen years of progressive leadership experienceLarge-scale, multi-year ERP deployment experience, preferably SAPExperience standardizing processes across manufacturing locationsSuccess leading enterprise-wide transformation initiativesApply SAP transformation leadership, stakeholder alignment, and readiness governance to IPEX’s enterprise deployment and operational transition.
