Manage ramp and adjacent apron operations with airport authoritiesSupervise training, performance, scheduling, and workforce managementEnsure safety, security,



and regulatory compliance across terminal operationsManage fuel orders, inventories, and refueler truck standardsLead YOW safety incident investigations and follow-up measuresRequirements:
Ten years supervisory experience in an aeronautical service terminalFive to eight years leading personnel and teamsPost-secondary education or equivalent relevant experienceExperience with Safety Management Systems and incident investigationsAbility to obtain RAIC, Transport Canada clearance, AVOP, and ROTCBring aviation operations leadership, safety management, and stakeholder communication to Skyservice Business Aviation’s YOW terminal.
