Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the Payroll Coordinator is responsible for providing organizational and administrative support within the Payroll Department, ultimately resulting in the process and procedures of internal payroll process.

Support the processing of the bi-weekly payroll for 5000+ employees

Respond to payroll queries and employee requests

Manage payroll inboxes and address employees’ inquiries in a timely manner

Assist in reconciliation, validating, assigned projects

ADP and excel Reporting

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel

ADP WFN experience is an asset

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment as well as in groups Canadian payroll experience

Effective problem solving, time management and inter-personal relation skills with a positive and supportive tone, attitude, and work ethic
