Organization & Position Summary Watson Goepel LLP is a growing, multi-service law firm based in downtown Vancouver, with additional offices in West Vancouver and Alberta. We are seeking a junior solicitor (1 to 4 years of call) to join our Business Law and Real Estate Group . This is a permanent, in-person position. The successful candidate will have experience in corporate, commercial, and/or commercial real estate matters and will be eager to take on increasing file responsibility under the mentorship of our senior lawyers.
1 to 3 years of post-call experience in corporate, commercial, and/or real estate law.

- Experience drafting commercial agreements, corporate records and resolutions, and real estate transaction documents.
- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Membership in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia.
