Reporting to the Vice-President, Human Resources, Canada, this manager guides leaders across Swissport Canada. The work covers labour relations, employee relations, disability management, and compliance. You will support consistent practices, workplace culture, and an engaged workforce across Canadian stations.

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret 14 collective agreements and company policies

Guide disciplinary matters and employee relations issues

Manage grievances and collaborate with union representatives

Prepare arbitration cases and coordinate legal counsel

Train managers on agreements, policies, and procedures

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field

Minimum five years’ progressive unionized labour relations experience

Knowledge of Canadian employment legislation

Robust English and French communication skills

CHRP designation strongly preferred
