Lead strategic HR partnership at FundyPros Specialty Construction in a full time, in-office Director role based in Moncton or Fredericton.

Reporting to the COO, you will align human capital priorities with business objectives and growth. The role combines strategic thinking with execution across talent acquisition, workforce planning, learning, performance management, and succession planning. You will help build practical HR infrastructure across multiple divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise the COO and senior leadership on people matters

Own HR strategy aligned with business objectives

Build recruitment programs and proactive workforce planning

Design leadership development and succession pathways

Oversee compensation, benefits, policies, and compliance

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field
- CPHR designation or MBA considered an asset
- 10+ years progressive HR experience
- At least three years leading people
- Excellent communication and leadership influence skills
