L'Analyste en Planification des Stocks sera responsable de fournir un support opérationnel de haut niveau pour un grand prestataire logistique et de transport tiers. Il/elle veillera à ce que les politiques, procédures et instructions de travail de l'entreprise et du site soient respectées afin de garantir un environnement de travail sûr et productif, un service client optimal et des dossiers précis. Assurer le succès des opérations en gérant les niveaux de stock et le flux entre les sites. Responsable du maintien des niveaux de stock afin de ne pas impacter le client ou son activité. Préparer et analyser les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) du site. Communiquer avec les sites qui n’atteignent pas les objectifs. Créer des rapports ponctuels en utilisant des Macro VBA. Mettre à jour, corriger ou créer de nouvelles Macro VBA si nécessaire.

- Analyser les rapports pour identifier les tendances et l’utilisation des stocks. Rechercher et déterminer l’analyse des causes principales et proposer des solutions. Fournir une assistance aux sites clients par téléphone ou sur place si nécessaire.

As an Inventory Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting warehousing operations and leading inventory management activities at Pratt and Whitney Canada (P&WC;) Longueuil site. The Inventory Planning Analyst will be responsible for providing high level operational support for a large third party logistics and transportation provider. They will ensure compliance with company and location policies, procedures, and work instructions in order to provide a safe and productive work workplace, optimum customer service and accurate records. The position is responsible for: - Guiding, training and directing employees. - Working directly with customers, managers,



supervisors and hourly employees in the organization. They may also interact with the customer depending on the complexity and scope of the account. All work is subject to review by the LM/SLM/GLM and Ryder Corporate Process Owners such as Finance, Human Resources, Safety, etc. Error could result in customer dissatisfaction, loss of profit, safety or security incidents.

Ensure the success of operation efforts by managing the inventory levels and flow between locations. Responsible for maintaining inventory levels as to not impact the customer or their business. Enhance operating efficiency and improve customer satisfaction by identifying inefficiencies and updating standard operating procedures.

Prepare and analyze site Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics. Identify reasons and provide coaching on how to improve on the KPI metrics. Create Ad-Hoc reports utilizing Macro VBA's. Update, correct or create new Macro VBA's as needed.

Analyze reports to identify inventory trends and usage. Research and determine root cause analysis and provide solutions. Provide assistance to customer sites either by phone or onsite as required.

Present opportunities for continuous improvement.

Bachelor's degree preferred in Supply Chain, Logistics

Two (2) years or more Supply Chain, Transportation, Logistics or relevant work experience required
