As Vice President, Financing Specialists, you will lead regional management efforts supporting lending solutions. You will guide loan structuring, execution, monitoring, and portfolio management. Collaboration spans relationship managers, risk, operations, compliance, and specialized finance partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Senior Financing Specialists and Financing Specialists

Oversee bilateral loan structuring, execution, and monitoring

Coach teams through discovery, underwriting, approval, and execution

Collaborate with RBC partners and commercial relationship managers

Promote the RBC brand across business communities





Requirements:

Undergraduate degree in business, economics, accounting, or finance

Five to seven years in commercial or corporate lending

Experience recruiting, training, managing, and developing credit professionals

Knowledge of credit metrics, structuring, and complex loan agreements

Robust quantitative, modeling, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

Bring commercial lending leadership, credit expertise, and client-focused financial analysis to RBC’s Edmonton-based regional banking team.
