As a Warehouse Specialist at Saab Canada, Inc., You'll be responsible for supporting day-to-day warehouse, inventory, and shipping activities, ensuring that parts and materials are handled accurately and delivered on time.
Managing and maintaining our internal inventory database with precision
Supporting the Warehouse Manager and collaborating closely with the Logistics Coordinator
Preparing domestic and international shipments, including hazardous materials (HAZMAT), while ensuring full compliance with Transport Canada regulations
Liaising with suppliers and service providers to coordinate shipments and inventory needs
Receiving and unpacking deliveries, verifying materials against documentation
Conducting inventory audits and stocktaking activities
A high school diploma

- 2–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, shipping, or receiving (candidates with less experience who demonstrate the right attitude are also encouraged to apply)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, email, and Teams
- Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions during shipment activities
- Access to a personal vehicle for commuting to the worksite




- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision while being a solid team player
- Forklift certification (training will be provided if needed)

Experience working in a small team where roles and priorities may shift
