Are You Ready to Make It Happen at Mondelēz International? You independently operate and maintain at least one process, equipment or systems following autonomous maintenance (AM) standards and use your technical skills to improve line and/or system performance to meet business needs.
With coaching, you will operate and maintain equipment to deliver on our safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets. You will use execute all standard work processes on your equipment using AM (autonomous maintenance) and PM (progressive maintenance) standards and ensure that safety processes are observed, and that quality assurance activities are performed. Reading and writing, and fluently conversant in the language of communication as appropriate to the site
Cleaning and making minor machine adjustments such as change overs, date codes, film, tension, speed and temperature
q Must be able to operate/run at least 3 packaging machines
q Have a good understanding of computerized/mechanical equipment

Salary and Benefits: The expected annualized salary range for this position is $50,669.00 to $69,296.00 CAD depending on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in a highly competitive bonus program with a target of 5% with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results, and potential shift premiums and / or overtime.
