Support automotive logistics as a Rail Loader at Wallenius Wilhelmsen’s Annacis Island terminal, loading imported vehicles and maintaining rail equipment.

This permanent full time position handles vehicles for major automotive manufacturers at one of Canada’s premier vehicle processing terminals. You will prepare railcars, secure vehicles, service ramps, inspect bridge plates, and maintain yard conditions. Work is scheduled Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

- Load and unload vehicles onto outbound railcars
- Position vehicles according to customer standards
- Replace chocks and secure vehicles within railcars
- Lubricate railcars, door tracks, and moving parts
- Inspect and paint bridge plates as needed

Requirements:

- Grade 12 education minimum
- Valid non-learner BC Class 5 driver’s license
- Good driving record obtainable through ICBC
- Comfort working outdoors in all weather
- Ability to work independently and with a team
