Support Olympus customers from Richmond Hill in a hybrid Customer Service Sales Representative role focused on order management and communication.

As a Level II representative, you will handle complex order requests while maintaining Level I daily functions. The work includes order entry, confirmations, pricing follow-ups, inquiries, and customer support. You will use Customer Service databases, financial systems, procedures, and applications while meeting established service expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
Process order entries and provide accurate order confirmations
Follow up on pricing issues and pending approvals
Manage EDI/GHX orders, credits, and return requests
Provide ETA updates and resolve customer inquiries




Log customer information accurately in service databases

Requirements:
One to two years of relevant customer experience
Bilingual English-French speaking, reading, and writing proficiency
