LOCATION : Centennial Chrysler Dodge, Jeep, Ram - Montague Prince Edward Island
HOURS : Full time, permanent, 40+ hours per week. Monday - Friday 7:45am - 5:00pm.
WAGES : $40000 to $50000 per year + benefits (negotiable based on experience)

Valid driver’s license is required
JOB TASKS :
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, in person or over the phone
Document customer concerns and vehicle issues accurately.
Provide information on service options, costs, and timelines.
Schedule appointments and manage service workflow effectively.
Communicate with technicians and team members for timely repairs.
Keep customers updated on repair progress and address concerns.
Present service recommendations based on inspections and diagnostics.
Coordinate with the parts department for necessary components.
Maintain accurate service records.
