Responsibilities
Fulfilling online and in person orders
Maintain accurate data entry of customer information and interactions in the company database
Provide product or service information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complaints efficiently
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions
Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction

Requirements :
Proven experience in customer service or related roles with robust communication skills
Solid data entry skills with attention to detail
Ability to analyze information quickly and effectively to resolve issues and recommend solutions
Experience in sales is a plus
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Drivers license and vehicle to get to work as there is no public transit to the farm.

Job Types : Part time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$24.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 - 30.0 per week
