Job Summary

Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards.
Do preps, opening or closing of the store as necessary.
Handle cash transactions and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the counter and kitchen area.
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering help as needed.
Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers.
Maintain cleanliness of the store.
Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.

Experience
Previous experience in a kitchen or food service setting is preferred but not required.




Robust customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with patrons.
Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food handling practices is a plus.
Experience with cash handling and operating POS systems is advantageous.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting.
