Who Is The Paw Barn?

The Paw Barn is an independently owned and operated Retail Pet Specialty store with 2 locations (Chelmsford and Val Caron). Our focus is on customer satisfaction, ensuring that every single customer and pet receives the best service possible from our trained experts.

Responsibilities Include:
Development and implementation of policies & procedures
Continued team product knowledge development and training
Product ordering, stock counts, inventory management
Scheduling, on boarding, managing, team engagement
Store merchandising and managing custom orders
Delivering the best customer service possible

Required Experience:




Min 2 years in retail management experience
Min 2 years minimum in retail merchandising standards
Sound understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills
Understands the importance of Customer Service
Have a strong passion and love for pets
Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills

Job Types : Full time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$46,800.00 per year
