Job Description : Sultan Ahmet Turkish Cuisine is hiring Servers / Waiters / Waitresses for our Mississauga location.
We are looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable team members who can provide excellent customer service and create a outstanding dining experience for our guests.
Job Responsibilities:
Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
Take food and drink orders accurately
Explain menu items and make recommendations
Serve food and beverages to guests
Check on tables and ensure guests are satisfied
Handle customer questions, requests, and concerns professionally
Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and service stations
Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff
Process payments when required
Follow restaurant service standards and food safety procedures
Requirements :
Previous restaurant serving experience is preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting
Friendly, professional, and positive attitude
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Knowledge of Turkish or Mediterranean cuisine is an asset but not required
