Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about outside sales, business development, and building robust client relationships. The Sales Representative will play a key role in expanding our market presence, managing accounts, and delivering exceptional customer service. Fluency in Spanish and experience with technology sales are highly valued to effectively serve diverse clients and leverage contemporary sales tools.

Duties
Develop and execute strategies for outside sales to target new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
Engage with potential clients through cold calls, networking events, and industry conferences
Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure mutually beneficial agreements
Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and support
Identify market trends and provide insights to inform marketing strategies and product development
Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions
Conduct technical sales presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs




Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that drive lead generation
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally

Requirements :
Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development roles
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
Familiarity with account management, analysis skills, and technology sales processes
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (preferred)
Ability to analyze market data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth
Demonstrated ability to build long-term client relationships through effective customer service
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to prospecting and closing sales opportunities
Prior experience in marketing or technical sales is a plus
