Overview

Duties
Greet clients warmly at the front desk and assist with check-in and check-out processes
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and scheduling appointments
Perform basic hair styling services as needed, ensuring client satisfaction
Maintain sanitation standards throughout the salon, including cleaning stations and tools
Upsell products and additional services to enhance client experience and salon revenue
Assist with retail sales by recommending products suited to clients’ needs
Manage front desk operations, including handling payments and booking appointments
Support team members in daily salon operations to ensure smooth workflow

Skills
Robust customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Knowledge of hair styling techniques is preferred but not required; training will be provided




Understanding of sanitation protocols within a salon workplace
Ability to upsell products and services effectively while maintaining professionalism
Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with clients and team members
Previous experience in retail sales or front desk roles is advantageous
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting and stay organized
