Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages following company standards
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process customer orders efficiently and accurately
Handle cash, credit card transactions, and process payments with precision
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food preparation stations and dining spaces
Ensure food safety and proper handling of food items according to health regulations
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing their needs promptly
Assist with food preparation and serving snacks or light menu items as needed
Manage multiple tasks effectively during busy periods through excellent time management skills

Skills
Proven experience as a Barista or in food service is preferred
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is highly desirable




Robust customer service skills with a friendly and qualified demeanor
Ability to handle cash handling accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in serving quality products
Basic understanding of food preparation and serving techniques

Pay: $17.20-$27.67 per hour
