Duties
Greet and welcome customers as they enter the establishment, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Assist customers with product demonstrations, showcasing features and benefits effectively.
Process transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring smooth cashiering operations.
Handle cash transactions with precision while maintaining accurate cash handling practices.
Answer phone calls with professionalism, providing information and assistance as needed.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area to enhance customer experience.
Engage in retail sales activities, promoting products and services to maximize customer satisfaction.

Requirements :
Robust communication skills with the ability to engage customers positively.




Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
Experience in cashiering or cash handling preferred.
Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
Familiarity with product demos and retail sales techniques is advantageous.
Proficient phone etiquette for effective customer interactions.
A positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and a commitment to excellent customer service are essential for success in this role.
