Overview

Duties
Operate POS systems accurately, including Micros POS, to process customer transactions efficiently
Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods with precision and integrity
Assist customers with their orders, providing friendly and qualified service
Prepare food items as needed, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
Maintain cleanliness of the cashier station and dining area in compliance with sanitation guidelines
Manage time effectively during busy periods to minimize wait times
Support food preparation and serving staff when necessary to ensure smooth operations
Ensure all food handling procedures meet health and safety regulations

Requirements :
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred, including cashiering and serving roles
Knowledge of POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is highly desirable




Robust customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods
Kitchen or food industry experience is a plus but not required
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends if necessary
