Support Fitness Centre users with excellent customer service as an Attendant for North Vancouver Recreation & Culture across NVRC facilities. Varying hours include days, evenings, and weekends.

This auxiliary position provides customer support within NVRC’s recreation services. You will greet customers, check fitness centre passes, answer questions, and explain facility policies, best practices, and programs. The position also requires calm responses to accidents and emergency situations.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet Fitness Centre customers warmly and professionally
Conduct fitness centre pass checks
Respond appropriately to accidents and emergency situations
Address customer questions and concerns
Provide facility, policy, practice, and program information

Requirements:
Emergency First Aid certification or equivalent
CPR Level A certification
Previous public-facing experience is preferred
Fitness Centre experience is an asset
Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Bring reliable customer service, problem-solving, and emergency response skills to Fitness Centre users throughout NVRC locations.
