Job Overview

Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea and other beverages according to established recipes and standards.
Operate the POS systems for order processing and payment handling.
Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food preparation surfaces, equipment, and dining areas to comply with food safety regulations.
Assist in food preparation and serving as needed while adhering to food handling guidelines.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while demonstrating basic math skills for cash handling.
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Previous barista experience or coffee experience is preferred but not required.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.




Familiarity with food safety practices and food service operations is advantageous.
Experience in cashiering and cash handling is essential.
Basic math skills are necessary for accurate order processing and cash management.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A background in retail math or the food industry is a plus.
