Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide friendly, helpful service
Process purchases using the POS system and manage cash transactions accurately
Recommend products and highlight current promotions to increase sales
Keep shelves, displays, and work areas clean and well-maintained
Restock merchandise and assist with inventory organization
Support basic food preparation and kitchen tasks when required
Respond to customer questions both in-store and over the phone
Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures

Qualifications
Robust interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred but not required
Comfortable handling cash, POS systems, and basic calculations
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours




Good organizational and time management skills
Capable of working both independently and within a team
Dependable, punctual, and professional

Preferred Qualifications
ProServe certification
Experience with food handling or preparation
Knowledge of multiple languages
