As a customer-focused Scales Operator, you will manage weigh-ins, weigh-outs, cash transactions, and payment slips. You will also maintain digital records in Google Workspace, answer inbound calls, and communicate with internal teams and external customers. The position requires organization, confidence, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet drivers during weigh-in and weigh-out processes
Enter vehicle and material data accurately
Handle cash transactions and issue payment slips
Maintain digital records using Google Workspace




Answer high volumes of inbound calls daily

Requirements:
Three to five years in scale house, dispatch, or administrative logistics
Comfort with Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive
Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
Qualified, personable, and able to multitask
Reliable transportation and rotational schedule availability
