Elevare Contracting is seeking motivated and professional representatives to join our growing team. And in order to do this we are offering a $200 signing bonus! In this role, you will speak with homeowners about energy-efficient heat pump solutions and schedule free consultations with heat pump specialists.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, have great communication skills, and succeed in a team-oriented environment. Previous sales experience is not required, as training and ongoing support are provided.
What You'll Do
Connect with prospective customers to discuss available energy-saving solutions
Educate homeowners on the benefits of high-efficiency heat pumps, including lower energy costs and year-round comfort
Schedule free, no-obligation heat pump consultations with qualified homeowners
Track customer interactions using company systems and tools
Represent Elevare Contracting in a qualified and positive manner
What We Provide
Weekly pay
Compensation ranges from $750-$1,250 per week and consists of guaranteed daily pay plus performance-based commissions and incentives

Qualifications Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Professional and dependable demeanor
Legal authorization to work in Canada
Preferred
Customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or sales background
Reliable transportation
Leadership or team-lead experience
Previous experience in similar roles is an asset but not required.
