Job Summary : We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and motivated individual to handle all tasks required for daily operations . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is comfortable multitasking.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to) :
Serving customers and providing excellent customer service
Taking orders (in-store and delivery platforms) and handling cash
Preparing smoothies, cocktails, ice cream, coffee, tea, and desserts
Preparing fresh fruits and ingredients for daily use
Maintaining cleanliness of the shop, equipment, and workstations
Opening and closing duties as scheduled
Stocking supplies and assisting with inventory
Following food safety, hygiene, and health regulations




Supporting promotional activities and upselling products
Assisting management with daily operational needs

Requirements :
Previous experience in food & beverage or customer service is an asset (not mandatory)
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Solid communication and teamwork skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Availability to work versatile shifts (including evenings and weekends)
Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
