Overview We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Duties
Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution
Conduct data entry accurately to update customer records and transaction details
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to enhance customer satisfaction
Maintain professional phone etiquette and effective communication skills during all interactions
Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify trends and improve service quality
Support sales initiatives by promoting relevant products or services based on customer needs
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer support

Qualifications
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy




Previous experience in customer service or sales is advantageous
Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret customer feedback and transaction data
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced workplace
Knowledge of upselling techniques and sales strategies
Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Multilingual capabilities are considered a strong asset for this role

Job Type : Part time

Pay: $28.00-$35.26 per hour
