Overview: We are seeking dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive dining experience.

Duties :
Process orders from customers for preparing smoothies, juices and bubble tea.
Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with established recipes and procedures
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
Handle cash transactions using a POS system
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Uphold food safety standards and regulations at all times
Assist in food preparation tasks as needed
Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience

Skills :
Experience in preparing fruit juice, smoothies and bubble tea.
Proficiency in food handling, kitchen operations,



and food preparation techniques
Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management
Knowledge of food safety protocols and regulations
Solid customer service skills with the ability to upsell products
Previous experience in cashiering or operating a POS system is advantageous
