What You’ll Do
Handle inbound customer calls in a courteous and professional manner
Provide information about services, accounts, and processes
Resolve customer questions and concerns efficiently
Accurately document interactions in internal systems
Follow call scripts, procedures, and quality standards
Escalate complex issues when appropriate
Maintain a positive and solution-focused approach

What We’re Looking For
Previous call center or customer service experience is an asset
Strong communication and active listening skills
Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Reliable attendance and punctuality




Authorized to work in Canada
