Drive current Service Agreement sales for Black & McDonald using prospecting, appointment setting, and discovery across Eastern Ontario markets. The position supports Kingston, Belleville, North Bay, and Sudbury.

As a Business Development Representative, you will own a territory and generate prospects in commercial, industrial, and institutional markets. You will evaluate facility asset costs, qualify prospects, and pursue operational improvements. Black & McDonald provides training through its proactive sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
Research prospects with facility needs matching service offerings
Generate current Service Agreements within an assigned territory
Set appointments and conduct discovery with potential clients




Evaluate facility asset ownership and operating costs
Identify, qualify, and close improvement opportunities

Requirements:
One to three years of successful Business Development experience
Experience involving financial sales negotiations
Post-secondary business or marketing degree or diploma preferred
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
