Experienced Barista / Café Team Member - Ross Crepe & Cafe

Ross Crepe & Cafe is looking for an experienced Barista to join our fast-paced café, crepe, and ice cream shop.

We are looking for someone who:
Works quick and efficiently in busy environments
Has robust customer service skills
Works well with a team
Can multitask between coffee, crepes, gelato/ice cream, and customer service
Has a positive attitude and solid work ethic

Experience with espresso machines and café workflow is required. POS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities include :
Preparing espresso-based drinks and specialty beverages
Assisting with crepes, gelato, and dessert service
Providing excellent customer service
Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
Restocking and keeping the workspace organized
Handling orders and payments accurately

Pay: $17.85-$23.88 per hour
