Technical Delivery Manager in Downtown Toronto leads Agile delivery across development, QA, vendors, and complex technology initiatives. The hybrid mode includes two office days weekly. This manager coordinates Scrum delivery across Agile PODs, development teams, QA teams, and vendor partners. The work supports sprint planning, backlog refinement, release planning, and dependency management. Technical leadership connects architects, developers, QA leads, Product Owners, and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
