Overview

Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards and recipes
Operate POS systems,for order processing and payment handling
Manage cashiering duties with accuracy, including cash handling and transaction processing
Provide friendly and attentive customer service, addressing guest inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen areas, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety regulations
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols
Assist in kitchen operations as needed, supporting team members during busy periods
Demonstrate effective time management to ensure timely service during peak hours

Requirements :
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not required
Knowledge of food preparation, food safety standards, and sanitation practices
Familiarity with POS systems s




Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and good communication abilities
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order accuracy
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Willingness to learn new skills related to food industry operations and upselling techniques
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary
