Sienna Senior Living is hiring an RPN for an existing vacancy within its communities. The position supports residents through prescribed treatments, assessments, care plans, wellness education, and self-care promotion. You will also guide unregulated care workers through training and education.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and administer prescribed medications and treatments
Document and follow up on resident concerns and complaints
Promote self-care, wellness, adaptation, and resident abilities
Complete assessments, RAPS, and care plans within required timeframes
Guide, direct, train,



and educate unregulated care workers

Requirements:
Current Ontario Registered Practical Nurse registration
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support Certificate
Current Medication Administration Certificate
At least one year of geriatric, healthcare, or rehabilitation experience
Successful Vulnerable Sector Check and applicable screening requirements

Support residents at Sienna Senior Living through medication administration, assessments, wellness education, and compassionate practical nursing care.
