We're looking for an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator who is confident presenting treatment plans, discussing financial options, and helping patients move forward with recommended care.
Schedule – Full time
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Wednesday: 10:30 AM–7:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM (one Saturday per month during winter)

What We're Looking For
2+ years of dental administration experience
Solid experience presenting and coordinating treatment plans
Knowledge of dental insurance, estimates, and financing options
Excellent communication skills and confidence discussing treatment costs
Strong patient relationship-building and follow-up skills
