Overview

Duties
Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow within the team.
Manage cash handling processes, including cashiering and payroll duties.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Support staff members, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet market demands and drive revenue growth.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and inventory levels.
Foster a positive work setting that encourages teamwork and professional development.
Utilize effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Exhibit solid phone etiquette when communicating with customers and vendors.

Qualifications




Proven experience in an Admin/Treatment/Hygiene role or similar position.
Excellent time management abilities with a focus on efficiency.
Background in payroll processing is preferred but not required.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
Familiarity with market trends and sales techniques to enhance business performance.
Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead by example.
Proficient in selling techniques that drive results.

Job Types : Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $26.00-$32.00 per hour
