As a Recent Vehicle Sales and Leasing Consultant, you will guide customers from consultation through delivery. You will recommend vehicles, leasing, financing, and protection products while building long-term relationships. Success includes achieving sales, gross profit, and customer satisfaction objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Build relationships with new and existing clients
Qualify customers and recommend suitable Volkswagen vehicles
Present vehicles, arrange demonstrations, and accompany test drives
Present pricing, leasing,



and financing options
Negotiate sales and coordinate vehicle deliveries

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Automotive, retail, commission-based, or customer-focused sales experience
Valid OMVIC license or ability to obtain one
Valid Ontario G-Class license with clean driving record
Robust communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
